Gyeong-Ju

Some facts about Gyeong-Ju: Gyeongju was the capital of the ancient kingdom of Silla. The Silla kingdom arose at the turn of the 1st millennium, and ruled most of the Korean Peninsula by the 7th century until the 9th centuries. A vast number of archaeological sites from this period remain in the city.

Ben and BANG!

When we have new students, its up to the foreign teachers to give them names. I give suggestions, students pick it themselves so they won't feel like I'm purposely giving them a crappy name.

I'm trying to figure out if 'TEAM BANG' is his name or if Team Bang the name of his actual team. Either way, I don't want to be on Team Bang.

Me and Ben. This kid is a little punk however, he also looks like a little stoner kid. Won't be able to really see it in this picture but he's got bags under his eyes and this weird smile. Also, he has dead eyes, looks like he's high all the time. I'll have to get a pic of him looking straight into the camera b/c then it'd be more apparent.

Baggy-eyed Ben


So during the moon festival at the local Ilsan Beach, my boss told me that they were having a celebration for the coming of the full moon. I worked too late to see anything and it looked like there was a stage there too. Only thing i ended up seeing is about 20-30 Koreans surrounding this pit of fire staring into it. They really know how to have fun in Ulsan.

Punishment

So, these kids are 4 of the most annoying students we have at ELC and they're being punished for being the devil children that they are.

In order of appearance, The Usual Subjects: Height-lacking Harry, Turret's Tom, Tard Terious, and Massengill Kipper.


Firing squad, Harry on the left there will be the first to go.
