Hyundai Heavy Industries.
Huge pot of shellfish topped off with an octopus. Shellfish was awesome, octopus wasn't so much. I ate octopus brain.
A couple Korean friends who work for HHI in various positions gave me a tour of the huge facility where they make massive ships of all shapes and sizes. Their Headquarters are about 10 minutes from my place. HHI is the world's largest shipbuilder. The whole thing is all above my head but I was told that 110 ships get made every year which averages to about a little over 9 ships a month. With each ship having 300 employees working on each ship at all times.
